Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

This website is for every family, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard alone, a magnifier or a small telephone screen.

What we aim for

We aim for every page of this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We check the site on telephones, tablets and desks, in all three of its languages.

What you can do here

  • Read every page in Oʻzbek, Russian or English, and change language from any page.
  • Move through every page with a keyboard alone. The first link on each page jumps straight to its main content.
  • Make the text up to twice as large without losing anything, and read every page on a telephone without scrolling sideways.
  • Use a screen reader. Headings on each page come in order, every box in a form has a label, and a mistake in a form is explained in words.
  • Choose a light or a dark page.

What is not yet right

  • Some photographs may not yet have a written description.
  • Files we publish, such as policies and the prospectus, may not work well with a screen reader. Ask us and we will send the information another way.
  • Pages on other services we link to, such as a map, are not ours and may not meet the same standard.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site does not work for you, or you need information in another format, tell us which page and what went wrong. We will answer, and put it right where we can.
